Instruction for Survey Participation
Please follow the steps in the sequence listed below to complete the survey. You can always come back to this page by visiting the survey instruction menu or log in the site again to continue with the process of the survey in case you miss out the step. You are allowed to take the survey once only.
Register
Create an account with your university email. Pick the username and password of your choice.
Validate Email
Click the link in the email to activate account. Check the spam folder if you don't see the email in inbox.
Complete Survey
Log in then clicks on the Take Survey Now to complete the questionnaires. The survey consist of Part 1 &2.
Response Review
Your response will be reviewed for completeness and meeting criteria of participation.
Transfer of Token
You will be informed when the token of appreciation has been successfully transferred to you.
